Introduction
In The Diary of Anne Frank, Anne describes their new home and hiding place for the next two years. While she does a fantastic job at describing the Annex, many people have a hard time visualizing their hiding place. You are going to use several websites to find and explore their living conditions.

Conclusion
Now you have a better idea about the physical living conditions for those hiding in the annex. Now try to consider the many emotional living conditions of a teen living in such closed and isolated quarters. Also, think back to the children survivor stories and where they hid for years. Anne's little annex was a haven compared to some hiding places.
